Washington State has one messed up tax system....and Tim Eyman is exploiting it instead of getting a job like everybody else. Add one tax system with a constitutional ballot initiative provision equals a Tim Eyman soaking the system for his own pockets. 

Eyman is not the problem...he's symptom of a problematic tax system. I'm afraid it's gonna get a lot worse before it gets better....in the meantime Tim is just gonna keep coasting on a system we've provided him.
