The rest of the civilized world is dealing with an entire cast of sick power hungry characters from pirates to total dictatorships...not to mention several good ol' fashioned feuds. In addition, everyday that goes by our species gets a little bit closer to nuclear annihilation.....as these dictatorships, theocracies and plain old terrorists secure a hold of radioactive weapons.
