Killed

The reason this cartoon was killed was because I was NOT physically present when I submitted the cartoon. After I faxed the cartoon to the editor I was informed that even though they receive reporters articles, photgraphers photos and advertisers copy electronically does not mean they will accept editorial cartoons for publication. If I wanted to submit a cartoon I needed to be present at that time. This KILLED cartoon was reprinted in Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year 1993
