Judge Donna Wilson was a local Spokane judge who was reported to be reading a book during a trial.This was one of several of the cartoons that I drew on the subject. She dropped the suit after I had to give a deposition which was her way, I guess of getting revenge. NOTE: She attended a showing/sale of my originals and purchased all three of the original cartoons about herself.
